Please note: some users may encounter the following critical error on submission to Validata:

"SP_Support_Period.Country_Of_Birth is not in (1101,1102,1199)"

Workaround: On the affected record, update the Country of Birth to one of the accepted values listed here full list of accepted countries. and resubmit.

This alert will be taken down once the incident is resolved.

Validata™ is ready to receive October extracts

Remember to submit extracts in chronological order (the September extract must be uploaded, validated and submitted before you can submit your October data).

Statistical reports are routinely shared via SHIP and Validata™ with representatives of AIHW, state and territory governments, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in agreements between SHS agencies and their funding departments.

Consent has also been provided by this agency to enable the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) access to SHIP data to run performance reports for the sole purpose of operational and contract monitoring. Appropriate steps are taken to ensure client data and unassisted persons data remains de-identified.

All access to the system is logged and monitored.
